By accessing or using the website of the Board of Applied Sciences and Technology (BAST) Islamabad (www.bast.com.pk), our student portals, our examination desks, or our admin platforms (my.bast.com.pk), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease using our digital services immediately.

2. Description of Services

BAST provides a suite of educational, technical, and vocational services:

• Online student admission form processing.
• Public verification lookup of student certificates, transcripts, and DMCs.
• Administration dashboard logs for Affiliated Training Partners (ATPs).
• Distance learning curricula distribution and guidelines support.

3. User Account Security

If you access secure dashboards (specifically ATP administrators at my.bast.com.pk or students checking results):

• You are responsible for keeping your login name and password confidential.
• You agree to accept full responsibility for all transactions, student registrations, marks uploads, and details modified under your account.
• You must notify BAST IT Support immediately of any security compromise or unauthorized portal access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

All users agree to use our systems only for lawful purposes. You must not:

1. Submit duplicate, fraudulent, or inaccurate student records or personal profiles.
2. Attempt to bypass, hack, or inject SQL scripts into our Instant Verification Lookup system.
3. Use automated scrapers, web-spiders, or bots to fetch candidate databases from our verification page without prior written permission from the registrar.
4. Redistribute or duplicate BAST examination layouts, curriculum guidelines, or marks sheets formats for commercial purposes.

5. Service Modifications

BAST reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our online lookup system or portals at any time with or without notice to ensure database maintenance, security upgrades, or system integrity checks.

6. Liability Limits

BAST digital services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BAST Islamabad is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from temporary portal downtime, network latency during audits, or typographical data entry errors submitted by ATP campus staff.
